Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and summarize the company's current financial situation on a periodic basis.
- Compile and present comprehensive financial health reports to key stakeholders and management.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely settlements.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end closing and financial audits.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow requirements.
- Support the finance department in identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial accounting software.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight monthly reporting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
