Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, with high accuracy.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is properly documented and archived.
- Oversee cash flow management and verify the legitimacy of expense claims.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for auditing and tax-related inquiries.
- Monitor company budgets and assist in the preparation of financial forecasts.
- Ensure all financial activities adhere to Indonesian tax regulations and internal company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of General Ledger, Tax (PPh 21/23/25), and financial closing processes.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and data integrity.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines for month-end reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian and English.
