Tanggung Jawab
- Managing daily financial transactions and recording them accurately in the company accounting system.
- Preparing periodic financial reports, including cash flow statements and profit/loss summaries.
- Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconciling bank statements and petty cash on a regular basis.
- Assisting in the preparation of tax documentation and ensuring compliance with local financial regulations.
- Maintaining organized financial records and digital filing systems.
- Collaborating with internal teams to provide financial insights and support budgetary planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero).
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of integrity regarding financial data.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian.
- Willingness to be based in Semarang and able to join immediately.
