As a Finance Staff, you'll be instrumental in managing comprehensive financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting reports, optimizing cash flow management, and overseeing project budget allocation. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end financial operations including general ledger maintenance and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor and optimize cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency
- Develop, implement, and track project budgets with variance analysis
- Create comprehensive financial forecasts and strategic planning models
- Conduct financial performance analysis and KPI monitoring
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (SAI) and tax regulations
- Collaborate with department heads to support data-driven decision making
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial/accounting role
- Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (SAI) and tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling capabilities
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Detail-oriented with high ethical standards and integrity
