Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate data entry in the accounting system.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial records to maintain integrity.
- Prepare periodic financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to track budgets and monitor operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal financial policies.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely processing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
