Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Verify and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Manage petty cash and monitor operational cash flow effectively.
- Maintain systematic filing of financial documentation and tax-related records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external audit requirements.
- Support general administrative finance tasks to ensure seamless daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and accounting software.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, PPN).
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Capable of maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive financial information.
