Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle Accounts Payable process, including invoice verification, coding, and data entry.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to vendors in compliance with company policies.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and verify ledger entries for financial accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries efficiently.
- Assist in the month-end closing process, including accruals and account analysis.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records for audit readiness.
- Support the finance team in tax documentation and filing preparation related to AP activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Finance, specifically within Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of data with accuracy.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced retail or distribution environment.
