Harrisma, a leading IT company, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Staff to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Barat. This role is essential to our financial operations, requiring a professional who excels in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and cash management. As a Finance Staff member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of our financial documentation, supporting our IT business growth through meticulous record-keeping and proactive reconciliation.
The successful candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong foundation in financial accounting principles. You will manage daily cash transactions, handle vendor invoices, and ensure timely payments from clients. We are looking for an individual who is not only technically proficient but also committed to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity and reporting.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes efficiently.
- Handle daily cashier duties, including cash disbursements and reconciliation of daily cash flow.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy across all financial records and corporate accounts.
- Maintain and organize comprehensive financial documentation and supporting vouchers for audit readiness.
- Collaborate with department heads to track and process vendor invoices and employee claims.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and statutory accounting regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role (fresh graduates with strong internships are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict monthly financial closing deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and professional integrity.
