Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and organize daily financial records, vouchers, and transaction documents accurately.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for depot management.
- Monitor and reconcile cash flow, petty cash, and depot expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and statutory accounting standards.
- Collaborate with the warehouse/depo operations team to track inventory valuation and stock adjustments.
- Support the month-end closing process by verifying ledger entries and supporting documentation.
- Identify and report any financial discrepancies to the management team promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within a warehouse or depot setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail with numerical data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
