Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze consolidated internal and external financial statements.
- Manage general ledger entries and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable workflows.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and verify discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and regulatory compliance reports.
- Develop and maintain financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a financial or accounting role.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required for this role.
- Strong command of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Xero, or Accurate).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
