China Construction Fourth Engineering Division Corp Ltd is currently seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Finance Staff member to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Utara. As a key player in a major global construction entity, you will be responsible for bridging financial processes between our local operations and Chinese-speaking stakeholders. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with both local regulations and corporate financial standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of accounting principles, advanced proficiency in Mandarin, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction industry setting.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping in accordance with company policies.
- Act as the primary financial liaison, facilitating communication between local finance teams and Chinese headquarters.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, cash flow statements, and budget tracking.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings, annual audits, and statutory financial reporting requirements in Indonesia.
- Coordinate with procurement and project departments to verify project costs and ensure accurate project accounting.
- Maintain compliance with local tax laws (PPh, PPN) and international financial reporting standards.
- Support the finance manager in streamlining financial workflows and optimizing cost-control measures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Must be fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin (HSK 5/6 preferred) and proficient in English/Indonesian.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably within the construction or engineering sector.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local accounting systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a multicultural environment.
