Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports and budget analysis.
- Ensure full compliance with tax regulations and internal audit standards.
- Coordinate with retail outlet managers to oversee cash flow and inventory reporting.
- Execute bank reconciliations and manage petty cash for daily operations.
- Monitor and track expenses against budgets to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive financial documentation and verify the accuracy of accounting entries in the system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in SAP software is mandatory.
- Age range of 25 to 30 years old.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and general accounting principles (PSAK).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
