We are currently seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Finance Superintendent to join our dynamic finance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and providing strategic insights to support our expansion across Kalteng, Riau, and Sumsel regions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, monitoring variance analysis to drive cost-efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal financial controls and corporate governance standards.
- Coordinate with tax authorities and external auditors for timely filings and audit completions.
- Analyze operational financial performance across sites (Kalteng/Riau/Sumsel) to support strategic decision-making.
- Mentor and supervise junior finance staff to ensure high standards of accuracy and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification like CPA/CA is a plus).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the mining, energy, or construction sectors.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian taxation laws, VAT, andPPh regulations.
- Experience using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and ability to handle complex data.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Willingness to be stationed at operational sites in Kalteng, Riau, or Sumsel.
