Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily financial operations, including general ledger maintenance and accounts payable/receivable processes.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Manage the preparation of financial statements and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of finance team members to ensure departmental goals are met.
- Maintain strict compliance with internal financial policies, Indonesian tax regulations, and accounting standards (PSAK).
- Coordinate and facilitate external audits, internal reviews, and tax reporting requirements.
- Analyze financial variances and provide recommendations for cost optimization and process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA/Brevet) is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and statutory reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under strict deadlines.
