Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the finance team, specifically overseeing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
- Manage the end-to-end financial reporting process to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments to maintain optimal liquidity.
- Develop and implement standardized financial procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve discrepancies and address financial inquiries.
- Conduct regular financial audits and internal reviews to ensure adherence to company policies and tax regulations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for senior management review.
- Support the annual budgeting process and track financial performance against set KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
