Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the company's cash flow to ensure liquidity and optimal fund utilization.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Lead the preparation of comprehensive monthly and quarterly financial reports for management.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
