Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis to evaluate company performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage tax reporting (PPh, PPN) and ensure strict adherence to local tax laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for periodic audits and financial reviews.
- Develop and implement internal control policies to safeguard company assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A/B certification is a strong advantage).
- Proficiency in financial software (ERP) and advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Financial Modeling).
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
