Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure daily operations meet organizational standards.
- Oversee end-to-end treasury and cash management activities, including bank reconciliations and liquidity planning.
- Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to optimize working capital.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations and internal standards.
- Perform variance analysis and generate management reports to support leadership in strategic decision-making.
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate financial policies, tax compliance, and internal audit requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline billing and collection processes.
- Maintain and improve financial documentation and filing systems for audit readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial accounting standards (PSAK).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage time effectively under pressure.
- Proven track record in managing cash flow, treasury operations, and ledger reconciliation.
- Fluency in Indonesian and proficiency in English.
