Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of accounting staff to ensure peak performance and adherence to deadlines.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy and reduce operational cycle times.
- Monitor cash flow, manage bank reconciliations, and ensure compliance with tax filing requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Support management with budget forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic financial planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA/CA/ACCA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and PSAK standards.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and delegate tasks effectively.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
