Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accurate financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial controls to ensure compliance with company policies
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making
- Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of financial audits
- Optimize financial processes using ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance supervision or management
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software
- Expertise in Indonesian financial regulations (PSAK) and tax compliance
- Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven leadership abilities in managing finance teams
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred
