Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the finance and accounting department.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK.
- Oversee tax compliance, including the calculation, reporting, and filing of corporate income tax, VAT, and withholding taxes.
- Monitor cash flow, manage budgeting processes, and perform variance analysis to support business decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the finance team to foster professional growth.
- Ensure strong internal controls and coordinate with internal and external auditors during annual audits.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to management to optimize costs and maximize profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, PSAK, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Hold relevant professional certifications (e.g., Brevet A & B, CPA, or CA) is highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high accuracy.
