Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive cash planning strategies to maintain optimal liquidity
- Monitor and analyze cash flow patterns to forecast financial needs and identify optimization opportunities
- Coordinate with department heads to align financial operations with business objectives
- Implement and maintain internal controls for cash management processes
- Prepare regular financial reports and liquidity analyses for senior management
- Manage banking relationships and negotiate favorable terms for financial services
- Lead process improvements in financial reporting and cash management systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expertise in cash flow management, liquidity planning, and financial analysis
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and accounting standards
- Proven leadership skills with ability to mentor finance teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Professional certification (CA, CPA, CMA) highly valued
