Tanggung Jawab
- Review, verify, and authorize company expenses in accordance with approved budgets and corporate financial policies.
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with local regulations and internal audit standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and payment disbursement.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and variance analysis for management review.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure optimal liquidity to support daily operational requirements.
- Identify inefficiencies in financial workflows and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to facilitate month-end and year-end closing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or audit roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential financial data.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bandung Barat.
