Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations
- Lead and develop the finance team through mentorship and performance management
- Prepare monthly financial statements and comprehensive budgetary reports
- Implement cost-control measures and process optimization initiatives
- Manage financial audits and maintain accurate documentation

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of finance experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven leadership abilities in team development
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation highly desirable
