Elastis Reka Aktif is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Supervisor to join our growing team in Kapuk, Jakarta Utara. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy of our financial records, optimizing cash flow, and providing strategic financial insights to support our business operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Manage corporate tax reporting, including PPh and PPN, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Monitor cash flow, prepare bank reconciliations, and manage petty cash disbursements.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement robust internal financial controls to minimize risk and ensure asset protection.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the finance team to foster professional growth and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during annual audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT/PPN).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-departmental workflows.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Willingness to be based in Kapuk, Jakarta Utara.
