Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for the BOD.
- Coordinate with internal departments to manage project budgets and monitor real estate project financial performance.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, financial standards, and internal corporate policies.
- Oversee cash flow management and treasury functions to ensure optimal liquidity for business operations.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Assist the BOD in financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s/CPA is a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Proven expertise in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with BOD-level stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Experience in the Real Estate or Infrastructure industry is highly preferred.
