Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Review and authorize all company expenses to ensure strict adherence to the approved budget and internal regulations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to support executive decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh and PPN reporting and filing.
- Supervise the finance team, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high standards.
- Monitor cash flow movements and provide regular liquidity forecasts to management.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth financial reviews and audits.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the finance department to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or senior role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and local tax laws (Brevet A & B preferred).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a professional team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight month-end closing deadlines.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
