Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Supervise, mentor, and lead the finance staff to ensure high-performance standards and timely task completion.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing statements.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury functions to ensure optimal liquidity.
- Ensure strict adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with department heads to support budget planning and financial forecasting processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior capacity.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing a team effectively.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Sleman, DI Yogyakarta.
