Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.
- Communicate financial status and operational requirements fluently in Mandarin to regional partners and management.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and internal financial policies.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to improve efficiency and maintain high-quality work standards.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and budgeting processes to ensure business liquidity.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure successful audit processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional fluency in both spoken and written Mandarin (HSK 5/6 or equivalent preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate).
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced technology environment.
