We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's end-to-end financial operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in our reporting and accounting processes. Given our international business scope, the ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin to facilitate seamless communication and reporting with stakeholders.
As a Finance Supervisor, you will play a critical role in strategic financial planning, tax management, and the optimization of internal financial controls. You will lead a small team to ensure that all financial statements meet statutory requirements while providing actionable insights to senior management to support business growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations and internal standards.
- Ensure seamless communication and financial reporting in Mandarin for international stakeholders and management.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance and accuracy in daily tasks.
- Manage tax reporting, corporate filings, and ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
- Monitor cash flow, handle budgeting, and manage bank relations to ensure liquidity.
- Execute internal audits and refine financial policies to enhance efficiency and prevent discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial supervision.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory for this role.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional communications.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
