Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax laws (PPh, PPN) and statutory financial reporting requirements.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and budget monitoring to ensure financial stability.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate annual audits and tax filing processes.
- Maintain and improve internal financial controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior finance staff to ensure team efficiency and development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial supervision.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
