Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and oversee the daily operations of the finance and accounting team.
- Manage end-to-end financial reporting, including month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Supervise accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and tax compliance to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare detailed financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure all financial activities comply with Indonesian tax regulations and company policies.
- Maintain internal controls and streamline accounting procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental heads to provide transparency on departmental budgets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and Microsoft Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN).
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
