Trans Property is seeking a highly motivated Finance Supervisor to join our team at Trans Studio Mini Dukuh Kupang. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our site's financial and administrative integrity, ensuring that operational activities remain seamless and compliant with company standards.
As a Finance Supervisor, you will oversee daily site-level financial transactions, coordinate with various operational departments, and ensure that all administrative workflows support the business's overall success. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can maintain rigorous accounting standards while proactively solving field-based challenges. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily financial and administrative operations at the site level to ensure total accuracy.
- Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and site revenue reporting, ensuring reconciliation with daily operational data.
- Provide comprehensive support to field operations by streamlining administrative processes and documentation.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the site finance and admin team to maintain high performance and policy adherence.
- Conduct regular financial audits of site transactions to ensure compliance with Trans Property internal controls.
- Prepare periodic financial performance reports and analysis for management review.
- Coordinate with the headquarters finance department regarding tax documentation, reporting, and operational budget updates.
- Ensure all operational activities in the field are backed by sufficient administrative documentation and audit trails.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Finance Supervisor or Senior Finance Staff.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, cash management, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (familiarity with SAP or similar tools is an advantage).
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a high level of integrity.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-traffic operational environment like Trans Studio Mini.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to be based in Dukuh Kupang, Surabaya.
