About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Finance System Administrator to join our team in Quezon City. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our financial systems to ensure seamless operations, data accuracy, and robust reporting. You will work closely with both finance and IT departments to implement upgrades, troubleshoot issues, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
As a Finance System Administrator, you will lead the administration of our ERP and financial applications. Your day-to-day activities will include managing user access, configuring system settings, performing data reconciliation, and ensuring the integrity of financial data. You will also facilitate system integrations, conduct testing for new releases, and develop training materials to empower end-users.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of experience in financial system administration or a similar role. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), strong SQL skills, and a solid understanding of financial processes are required. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities are essential for success.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and administer financial systems (ERP, accounting software) ensuring high availability and performance.
- Lead system implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Perform regular system audits, data validation, and reconciliation to maintain data integrity.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation: system configurations, procedures, user guides, and training materials.
- Provide technical support and training to finance team members to maximize system utilization.
- Collaborate with IT to manage user access, security roles, and system patches/updates.
- Analyze business needs and recommend system enhancements or new features to improve efficiency and reporting.
- Monitor data interfaces and integrations between financial systems and other business applications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator, Finance Systems Analyst, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of financial modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Budgeting.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and solve problems systematically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work across teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
