Join SIA Engineering Company as a Finance System Analyst & Continuous Improvement Specialist on a 6-month contract. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze finance systems and processes to identify continuous improvement opportunities aligned with divisional roadmap
- Design and implement system enhancements to optimize financial operations and reporting accuracy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to gather requirements for finance system upgrades
- Develop performance metrics and KPIs to measure CI initiative effectiveness
- Document business processes and system configurations for audit compliance
- Train finance teams on new system functionalities and process improvements
- Collaborate with IT vendors to resolve system issues and implement patches
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field
- 3+ years of experience in finance system analysis and implementation
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP FICO, Oracle Financials) and BI tools
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, CI methodologies, or process improvement
- Strong SQL skills for financial data extraction and analysis
- Experience with stakeholder management across finance and IT departments
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
