Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary SAP FICO SME, providing expert support and functional guidance for financial modules.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into efficient technical specifications for SAP solutions.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless finance operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and automate financial reporting processes.
- Manage system documentation, user guides, and provide training to end-users to maximize system adoption.
- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to support business scalability.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and global financial reporting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and support.
- Strong understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot system errors and perform root-cause analysis effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a Global Business Services (GBS) or multinational organization is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in financial data reconciliation.
