Tanggung Jawab
- Lead full-cycle development of finance system digital products from planning to deployment
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables against organizational KPIs
- Coordinate between finance, IT, and business teams to define system requirements
- Implement agile methodologies for iterative development and continuous improvement
- Conduct rigorous testing and documentation of financial system modules
- Analyze system performance data to identify optimization opportunities
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and security protocols
- Train stakeholders on new system functionalities and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in finance system development or digital product management
- Strong knowledge of financial processes (accounting, treasury, reporting)
- Proficiency in system development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial APIs
- Advanced analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving abilities
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Certification in finance systems or project management is a plus
