Hebe Beauty is seeking a motivated Finance System Staff (Accounts Receivable) to join our team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial accuracy, ensuring that our AR processes and modern trade operations run seamlessly.
You will play a critical role in managing key account documentation, reconciling complex payment cycles, and generating financial reports that inform our business strategy. We are looking for someone who thrives on accuracy, understands the nuances of modern trade ecosystems, and is passionate about financial system optimization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes including invoicing, verification, and collection monitoring.
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of AR accounts to ensure financial statement accuracy.
- Support modern trade operations by maintaining updated records and managing key account documentation.
- Monitor and track payment statuses, proactively following up on outstanding receivables to maintain cash flow health.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and variance analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies in billing and payment processing.
- Maintain system data integrity by ensuring all financial transactions are recorded correctly in the accounting software.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Oracle) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- In-depth understanding of modern trade business models and commercial financial cycles.
- High level of accuracy, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight month-end closing deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage professional relationships with key account clients.
