Tanggung Jawab
- Administer, configure, and maintain the NetSuite ERP system to support core financial operations and reporting.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions and system enhancements.
- Lead the testing, implementation, and rollout of new modules, features, and system upgrades.
- Provide daily functional and technical support to finance system users, resolving issues and ensuring data integrity.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and saved searches to meet complex financial analysis and KPI tracking needs.
- Document system processes, workflows, and training materials, and conduct user training sessions.
- Manage system integrations between NetSuite and other internal systems (e.g., CRM, banking platforms).
- Stay abreast of NetSuite updates and best practices, recommending process improvements and automation opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of working experience as a Finance Systems Analyst, NetSuite Administrator, or similar ERP-focused role.
- Deep hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP is mandatory (experience with SuiteScript, Workflows, and SuiteAnalytics is highly advantageous).
- NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification is a strong plus, and additional NetSuite certifications are highly valued.
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles (e.g., General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets).
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end system projects, from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience with system integration tools and methodologies is a plus.
