Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and optimize financial systems to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ERP solutions and process improvements
- Develop system documentation, training materials, and user guides for financial software
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate technical support for finance applications
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure compliance with SOX controls
- Monitor system performance metrics and recommend strategic enhancements
- Lead migration projects for legacy financial systems to modern platforms
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with financial systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP)
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Certification in financial systems (e.g., SAP FICO, Oracle Financials) preferred
- Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience in system implementation projects and change management
