Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary functional and systems expert for global Finance business processes and data logic.
- Drive and manage system enhancement projects, from initial requirement gathering to final deployment.
- Identify opportunities for business process automation and optimization within the ERP ecosystem.
- Collaborate with IT and Finance stakeholders to translate complex business rules into technical specifications.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support for system upgrades.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data across various reporting platforms.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, business rules, and process flows.
- Provide expert troubleshooting for system issues, identifying root causes and implementing long-term fixes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance systems analysis or business process consultancy.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and understand intricate financial logic and rules.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SQL is highly preferred.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Business Analysis (CBAP) is a plus.
