Cornerstone Global Partners is seeking an experienced professional to spearhead the enhancement of our enterprise finance systems. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of our in-house ERP implementation, specifically focusing on optimizing our SAP environment to streamline financial operations and drive business intelligence.
As a Finance Systems Lead, you will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will lead complex implementation projects, ensuring that our SAP solutions align perfectly with our financial reporting needs and strategic growth objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining system stability, improving user adoption, and ensuring data accuracy across the organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end in-house ERP implementation and upgrade projects for the organization.
- Oversee SAP system configuration, integration, and enhancement activities to support financial workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Manage system requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for finance modules.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the enterprise finance systems.
- Provide technical support and training to finance staff to ensure optimal system usage.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements or patches.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance Systems Lead or ERP Project Manager.
- Strong expertise in SAP (S/4HANA preferred) or similar ERP platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of financial processes, including SAP FI/CO, General Ledger, and AP/AR.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with system migration and data migration strategies.
