PT Indonesia Maluku Shipping is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Tax Specialist to join our finance team in Jakarta Selatan. This role is pivotal in supporting our daily accounting functions and managing complex tax obligations.
In this position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of tax processes, including preparation of filings, data verification, and document management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven ability to communicate effectively in Chinese, as this role involves cross-functional collaboration with various stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Organize and maintain accurate tax documentation, financial records, and filing systems for audit purposes.
- Perform daily data verification and reconciliation tasks to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and internal financial analysis.
- Communicate effectively with tax authorities, auditors, and external consultants.
- Support the finance team with payroll processing and expense reimbursement verification.
- Liaise with the management team to provide insights on tax implications for business decisions.
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel functions to track financial data efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in tax accounting or general finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (PPH 21, PPh Pasal 23, etc.) and regulations.
- Proficiency in Chinese language (reading and writing) is required for effective communication.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and high accuracy standards.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced shipping environment.
