Tanggung Jawab
- Manage monthly and annual tax filings, including VAT and corporate income tax, ensuring strict compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, trial balances, and reconciliation reports to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct internal audits and financial risk assessments to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
- Oversee operational finance activities, including expense management, budget tracking, and cash flow monitoring.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during the annual audit and tax season.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making for the supply chain operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in a Finance & Tax role within the logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and high accuracy standards.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts.
- Certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Tax Consultant is a plus.
