Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily cash flow and ensure accurate bank reconciliation.
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices accurately and on time.
- Prepare and file monthly and annual tax documents (PPh and PPN) in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for auditing purposes.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during the fiscal year-end.
- Handle general accounting duties and support the Finance Manager as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Finance, Tax, or Accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal).
