- Lead and mentor investment operations team members to ensure high performance and professional development
- Oversee daily operations for Global Asset Management products, including mutual funds and high-net-worth offerings
- Implement and maintain compliance frameworks for financial regulations and internal policies
- Optimize operational workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align investment strategies with operational capabilities
- Monitor and report on KPIs, identifying areas for improvement in service delivery
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for investment operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in investment operations, mutual funds, or asset management
- Proven team leadership experience in financial services environment
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, SEC guidelines, and compliance standards
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional certifications (CFA, CPA, or CAMS) preferred
- Experience with high-net-worth product operations desirable
