PT Aneka Prima Permai Tours & Travel, a leading player in the travel and hospitality industry, is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Travel professional to join our growing team in Cengkareng, Jakarta. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the financial health of our travel operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and facilitating seamless financial transactions for our travel services.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, reconciling travel accounts, and supporting the management team with data-driven insights. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process day-to-day financial transactions related to travel bookings and vendor payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify payment vouchers for travel services.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collection and settlement.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including daily sales and expense reports.
- Maintain systematic financial filing and documentation for internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with the operations team to resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly tax reporting and financial statements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.) and accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for precise data entry and financial accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight monthly closing deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to be based in Cengkareng, Jakarta Raya.
