Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily cash flow operations, including monitoring bank balances and overseeing incoming/outgoing payments.
- Process and verify supplier invoices to ensure accurate and timely payment cycles.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and manage corporate banking relationships.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly and annual financial reports for management review.
- Assist in the administration and filing of corporate tax obligations (PPh, PPN, etc.).
- Maintain systematic financial records and documentation for auditing purposes.
- Support the finance manager in budgeting processes and internal financial audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance, treasury, or general accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and numerical skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
