As a Financial Account Associate, you will be responsible for handling various financial account inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring accuracy in all financial documentation. This role offers up to ₱23,000 in monthly salary plus a ₱2,000 new hire incentive, making it one of the most attractive positions in the Cebu area.

Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries related to financial accounts with professionalism and accuracy
- Process account transactions, updates, and modifications in compliance with company procedures
- Maintain precise financial records and documentation for all customer interactions
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints regarding their financial accounts efficiently
- Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality targets while maintaining service excellence
- Adhere to regulatory compliance, security protocols, and data protection standards
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve departmental goals
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal communication)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office applications
- Experience in customer service, BPO, or financial services is an advantage but not required
- Willingness to work in Cebu City and adapt to rotating shifts if needed
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
- No pending court cases or obligations that may affect employment
