Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding financial accounts, billing inquiries, and account status updates.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while adhering to strict service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Process account modifications, corrections, and requests with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Document all customer interactions and transaction details accurately in the CRM system.
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding products and services to ensure customer understanding.
  • Collaborate with team leads and other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in continuous training programs to stay updated on industry standards and product knowledge.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Previous experience in customer service or finance-related roles is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts as required by business needs.
